Why Does Softball Come Second??
Question:Why do baseball players over rule the softball players?? my softball has to work around the boys schudule to play in our gym and use our batting cages!! they get their own field and we have to walk 10 min. away to get to ours!

Take a look and tell me if you think this player should be in the hall of fame?
Because no one has put up a fuss about it yet. Tell your coach to wake the hell up and complain. Are the coaches male? Are the alumni/funders male? Are the people who make up the gym schedule male? If the answers to these questions are yes...you have your answer. It isn't fair, I know, but the MEN in charge give themselves the best times and facilities and the women have to fend for themselves. Their rationale would probably be something like this, "there are no professional softball players/leagues whereas some of these boys have a chance to play pro. They deserve the best." Keep complaining, I doubt you'll get the good field, but you might get a better practice time
Are the Reds going to get any help from the pen?
Because everyone is hoodwinked, and they think that he are better, and that we have no athletic abiliesYou really should say something about this. If you go to a school that receives federal funding, the school is obligated to provide equal access and funding to boys and girls sports under Title IX. Usually just bringing up the possibility of a violation will scare the administration enough to make sure its in compliance.
In the MLB currently, who are the top 3 teams with the best bullpen and the botttom 3 worst?
Unfortunately, that has been the way for years, even back when I played, which was twenty years ago! This is the fault of the Athletic director, which I bet is a man. The boy teams always dominate over the girls teams. The only way girls teams would dominate was if they brought home all the championships, and the boys stunk every year. I am sure that the football team trumps everyone in your school though. They rule, because they are the biggest money maker. I think it all stinks. I would complain to the athletic director and I would also say it is the responsibility of the coach to demand equal scheduling for both the girls and boys, instead of "working around" the boys schedule. There is not much you can do about the softball field. My guess is there was no room on your school's land to build a softball field, so that is why it is somewhere else. Your question sounds very familar to stories I hear out of Massachusetts as I am still connected to the athletic community. In Major League Baseball when a team wins a "penant" what does this mean?
The opposite happened at my old high school so its not like its a universal thing...I'm not sure if this relates to High School, but I know that for College they have a Title IX (Title 9) rule that requires schools to give equal opportunities for both male and female sports.
