Will Mike Shannon's restaurant be sued for the death of St. Louis Pitcher Josh Hancock?
Question:In Texas, the bars and restaurants can be sued and found negligent if a person is drunk and gets in a DWI related accident. Do you think Josh Hancock's parents will sue the restaurant? I would assume they would.

Has anyone ever been intentionally walked with the bases loaded to score a run in a close game?
nope..Why are so many teams intersted in Roger Clemens and why do they still respect him??
So now I know where George W got his problem from. In Texas it is ok to blame everyone else for your mistakesThat's the sick thing about the world today. No one has any accountability for their own actions anymore. Josh Hancock was an adult, not responsible, but an adult nonetheless. No one was shoving a beer bong down his throat and pouring em in. He made a choice to drink and get behind the wheel knowing exactly what the dire consequences of doing so are. His parents suing the restaurant would be like saying, "Our son died because the bartender or server wasn't holding his hand like a 2 year old." GROW UP! If you're stupid deal with the ramifications of your actions. And don't make excuses for stupid people as that just encourages society to sluff off responsibility.
Who has the best overall hitting statistics in baseball history.?
I don't think so. Dram shop liability law in Missouri states that in order for the defending party (Mike Shannon's) to be liable, the patron (Hancock) had to demonstrate significantly uncoordinated physical action or significant physical dysfunction. I was at Mike Shannon's around the time Hancock was there. If he was extremely wasted and stumbling around I'm sure he would have made quite a bit more commotion for all to notice. I did however hear one rumor that a bartender offered to call him a cab and he refused. I think that would constitute as enough evidence that Shannon's was not negligent in the fact they tried to call Hancock a cab. Overall, I think Mike Shannon's will not be held accountable (Especially since the owner is a Cardinal legend. Problems like this just seem to go away in this kind of situation.).Why do people think that Barry Bonds is guilty until proven innocent?
I do not know the whole story, but it may be possible the bartenders decided to stop serving Josh, and he probably left to visit another bar or something. It is unfortunate, if he attended this place by himself. Why do you Yankees fans think they're going all the way EVERY year?
I really hope that the place isint sued becasue its a really sad thing when you cant be held accounatable when you are a 29 year old personthe entire thing with hancock is sad but at least he only killed himself and not someone else
He crashed his own car a couple of nights before thats why he was in the explorer and then the police go and find pot.
