Who was the worst Baseball player ever?
Question:Me and my brother alwayse argue about this:
Who was the worst Professional Baseball player ever?
Now, I think that, since a player's stats can be ranked by importance, I want to know who the worst player was both all around, and for his position.
If someone awnsers this, I say "Thank You" in advance.

Bob Uecker, by his own admission.Which Boston Red Sox leads the majors with 8 errors?
Hitting-wise anyway, take Mario Mendoza - the ultimate delineation of how bad a hitter is is the "Mendoza Line" - hitting under .200. He could field a bit though...Are the Reds going to get any help from the pen?
Bob Eucker wasn't too spiffy. If you could pick an expansion team (new team) to be brought to MLB what would it be?
Todd Hundley or Travis Lee!Is Tim Lincecum the real deal? what do u think?
Bob Uecker would be my choise, but he came up at a bad time. To the show I mean.He was better then his lifetime Ba. of .200 If he only got more playing time. Read his book
Yes or no question for all those that really don't have a clue as to why they hate the Yankees?
Hands down hall of famer short stop Leo Durocher. He was known as the "all american out". The worst hitting shortstop in the majors for 17 years.Who knew he would turn out to be a great manager and get in the hall of fame.

Barry BondsThe worst baseball player ever is Bobby Ayala. He was the closer for the Mariners back in the 90's. He would blow so many saves that after a while the Mariners fans started booing him everytime he took the mound. If the Mariners had a huge lead and Ayala came in to pitch in the 9th, he would always find a way to blow the lead.
Quote from Wikipedia:
"...Ayala struggled mightily over the next few seasons, often blowing key saves and drawing criticism from Mariners fans and the Seattle press. Even years after his career was over, his name was still brought up to make unfavorable comparisons to struggling relief pitchers..."
Career Stats:
37-44 Record
59 Saves (in 8 years)
4.78 ERA

Rafael Ramirez - Braves and Astros. Led the league in errors twice, and put up one of the worst fielding % for a shortstop. As far as batting, .261 career average, but more strikeouts than HR and RBI combined.
What about A-Rod's walkoff grand slam?
hmm good question... this is a matter of interpretation.. i would probably have to say hitting wise rey ordonez.Mendoza
