why would you ever drive to a cubs game when the L train stops right in front of the field? you can never park anywhere close to the stadium for free especially when they post signs within a 3 mile radius that states that there is no parking during baseball games.Why doensn't my curveball break?

Most streets close to the ballpark have permit parking only for residents on days of games. I would recommend using the shuttle service the Cubs provide as it will cost less than the parking ticket or tow. It also will save you time searching for the spot as the regulars have any of the "close spots" taken early.
