Will roger clemens join the yankees?
Question:
Answers:
Will Detroit and Kansas City???
Most likely he wants to go to a team that can win the title and if the Yankees had all of their pitchers healthy they wouldn't be in last place. I personally can't stand the Yankees but when was the last time they didn't make the playoffs. The cream always rises to the top.Even if it is sour cream.I believe he wants to win a title with the team he won his first one with, and right now the Yankees would probably agree to any terms Roger my require to pitch. I hate to say i told you so but it appears Roger is a Yankee againMan, I hope not. Only because I hate the Yankees, and would love to see him go out with the team he came up with. Then he could put aside that silly little notion that he wants to enter the Hall of Fame with NY on his hat. And no, I'm not a Boston fan, but Clemens has always been my pitching idol.
What are some sports jokes about the red sox?
no. he wants to join a team with a shot at winning the world series.Should the Yankees fire Joe Torre or hold on to him?
No.Who else apart from George Brett has come close to hitting .400 since Ted Williams did it?
I honestly believe that he is going to retire. If he does not, he will most likely join the Red Sox if they are 6,7,10 games ahead of the Yankees on June 1. Schilling, Beckett, Clemens, Matsuzaka.have fun AL EAST!In 1967, who finished second to Carl Yastrzemski for the Red Sox team lead with 20 home runs?
I hope so. The Yankees need all the pitching help they can get.Name two baseball teams that you will never cheer for?
As a Yankee fan, I hope we give our young guys a shot to pitch. Not that I wouldn't mind Clemens, but he's a bandaid, not a fix. I don't care if the Red Sox get him, because we've hit them well. Our hitters can probably hit anyone well. We just need young arms, not old ones... even if they are attached to the Rocket. My personal opinion? He'll either join Houston one last time, or retire. If he returns to the AL, I think he'll finish where he started.
Me being an Astro fan wouldn't mind having him back for one more season. But the truth is the Astros are struggling to put up runs for their pitchers and he wants to win. I hate the Yankees and besides that they are struggling with ALL pitching, so I don't think just Roger alone can save them. Which leaves us with the Redsox. First in their division and they've got it all. Pitching, Hitting, and been playing some pretty good defense. Why wouldn't he want to end his career with not only another world series ring, but with the team you broke into the big leagues with. Only thing that might lure him to the Astros: He lives 20 minutes from the ballpark and if he's not pitching on the road, he can stay at home with his family.
Who are the 2 best hitters on the yankees?
he should retire for the 3rd time and actually, u know, RETIRE!Well he would have if they didn't completely suck. He only wants to go to a contender and the Yankees are not contending for anything but 3rd place this year.
What does everyone have against JD Drew?
This is a joke question, no?? You mean Roger the dodger, the self-centered egoist, the bumbling moron who contradicts himself at every news conference, the guy who doesn't travel with the team at away games, the guy who decides when and if and for whom he will pitch?? THAT Roger Clemens?? Not a chance. The Yankees have been doing poorly, and good old Roger will do what is best for Roger, and it will not be pitching for the Yankees. We fans hope he does what is best for him too and he retires and leaves us without his incredible ego and tendency for drama. He is a colossal BORE!!Chow!!
What are the 2 situations in which you can get a save?
i would like to see clemans come back, but i hope he does not joing the yanksIsn't it awesome to finally have Yankee fans with nothing to say?
I can happily say he did. I figured he would cause he likes Torre and his likes Andy. Also, he wants another ring. GO ROGERMore Questions & Answers...
