Which major-league layer was a member of both the Montreal Expos and the Toronto Blue Jays in their inaugural?

1. New York Mets - this team will almost certainly make the playoffs, and once they get there, watch out. They'll get Pedro back in a few months and have a rotation of Pedro, Maine, and Glavine, backed by a tremendous bullpen and a powerful lineup. They'll only get better when Delgado inevitably starts hitting and Pedro comes off the DL after the break.
2. Boston Red Sox - solid, as usual. Dice-K needs to show some consistency. In past years, losing Timlin might have been a big deal, but Okajima is looking like a great signing.
3. Cleveland Indians - they have a lot of talent, they're just a little bit inexperienced, although that doesn't mean they can't surprise some people this year. Starting pitching is shaky after Sabathia.
4. Atlanta Braves - Chipper Jones is playing like a beast right now, but his history says that he'll land on the DL at least once this season.
5. Milwaukee Brewers - I'll like this team a whole lot more if they can keep up the pace through the next few months. It doesn't hurt that they plan in perhaps the easiest division in baseball, so even mediocre play might get them a playoff spot.
6. Los Angeles Angels - too bad Vlad has no protection, because their pitching looks great and their defense doesn't look as atrocious as was last year. Maybe Garret Anderson will finally turn it around at some point.
7. Los Angeles Dodgers - not a bad team at all but it's a shame that they lost Schmidt. I'd like this team more if I wasn't so sure that they're going to sustain several key injuries this summer - when your 3-4-5 hitters are Garciaparra, Kent, and Luis Gonzalez, I think it's a pretty safe bet that at least one of these fossils will get hurt at some point.
