Question:Red Sox, Giants, Tigers, White Sox, Dodgers

and back up your point.

If you ask me its the giants, now that Lincecum is up from the minors

Answers:

I am coaching little league for the first time. HELP!?

its the giants. they have the 3 best young starters in the game in cain and lincecum aaaaaaand lowery. they also have a proven innings eater in zito-who by the way LEADS THE MAJORS IN LEAST RUN SUPPORT and should be more like 6-2 not 3-5 (take out two bad outings..and even really just one at oakland-his bad outting against colorado was fluke. he was what in the 7th when he gave up all them runs-meaning he had a 7 inning 1 run game up to that point) then there's the old horse morris who's just throwing down right nasty stuff. i read the other day by (i believe it was one of them fools who write for yahoo) that they said morris was throwing "junk" funny-lance berkman didn't call it junk-he said he's been downright nasty. then there's lowery who's pitching pretty damn good himself (he pitched a complete game 1 run AND LOST then goes out and pitches even better in his last start. and then ..what's there to say bout lincecum that hasn't already been said?

but here's something for you. think about it if we had KEPT LARIANO AND BOOSNER, instead of trading for AJ...my god its scary to even think about it.

Is the saying "revenge is a bitc* or something else i cnt remember haha?

White Sox, Boston and Tigers when healthy is a scary starting 5 also.

Does anyone have a 2003 topps baseball master set of 3408 cards including inserts, gold, black, hta, employee?

As of right now, how could you go wrong with the Mets? I think they have the second lowest team ERA with two top pitchers (Hernandez and Martinez) on the DL. Maine has been lights out for the most part, Perez is coming into his own, Glavine will get his 300th by the end of June, and Sosa has pitched very well in four starts. Once El Duque and Pedro come off the shelf, the Mets will have the filthiest staff in the universe.

What is the bigger issue with Bonds his race or steroid use would he be criticized as bad if he was white?

Los Angeles Angels
Starters:
Bartolo Colon (5-0 since coming off the DL for the first time since his Cy Young award)
John Lackey (One of the more underrated pitchers in baseball)
Jeff Weaver (Two words: Phenom Stud)
Kelvim Escobar (Great veteran to round out the staff)
Some Guy (Better than no one)

What is the procedure for making an appeal when a base-runner misses a base?

when all healthy you have to include the A's....

Why are the giants so boring to watch?

I would say the red sox, because they have two amazing pitchers in Dice-K and Beckett. Also, schilling is very good and pitching well this year. Wakefield will give you good outings and can be counted on for some good starts. They know he will get hit off of a few times a year, but he is consistent. Plus Wakefields, W-L is not as good as it should be because he has terrible run support. Julian Tavarez is pitching well as of late, and Lester is waiting in the wings to make his return to the rotation. With Lester back, I think the Red Sox have the best rotation without question.

Could this team go all the way?

I definitely have to agree with en.

Question about steroid use in baseball.?

in my opinion it's actually the angels...

colon has won 5 of 6 starts and the one he didn't win might've been his 2nd best start this year... if he stays healthy he's still got the skills to post 15 wins despite missing most of the 1st month...
lackey continues to tear up the league... 2.38 ERA and 7 wins! well on his way to 20... i think this guy is still underrated and would be considered an ace on about 2/3 of all mlb teams...
escobar has issues here and there but you can't argue with a 5-2 record and 2.82 ERA. His strikeout rate is in line with his career pace and hitters are only batting .233 against him... these stats would probably be more prominent if he hadn't been injured in 05 and fallen out of people minds as a quality performer...
we all know what weaver did last year... that said, he's only 3-3 but in the month of may has given up 7 ER in 31 2/3 IP which isn't too shabby... yes, the league is hitting .265 against him but he definately has the talent to turn things around... not bad for a # 4 option...
santana is falling off this year but a lot of teams would kill to have a # 5 that was 16-8 last year... still, his numbers are comparable to that of your pick's staff ace.. zito...

on the overall, it is tough to say who is best... boston has a great rotation when beckett comes back and san diego is no joke... but to wrap it all up... i believe your pick and mine rounds out the top 4 (boston, sd, sf, anaheim)...

How Do Major League Baseball Teams Determine their home dugout?

I'd go with the Tigers with Verlander, Bonderman and Robertson, and Maroth is off to a good start this year, and Durbin has been improvin as season has been going on, with Rogers coming back in bout a month, and Andrew Miller had a great start last week in his debut as a starter, but the Red Sox rotation is not too far behind them, Dice-K is awesome, and Beckett havin a great year, along with Wakefield and others, but I'd edge out the Tigers over the Bo Sox by a tiny bit, and by the way the 1 who said Angels is best, Jered Weaver is the 1 on the Angels not Jeff Weaver and the Angels r definately happy they don't have him anymore, cause he's 0-6 with a 14.75 ERA this season for the M's

How long do they wait until a game is considered postpponed in MLB?

By the end of the season it will be te LA Angels

Hey i was wondering about how many games in a girls high school softball season? just curious?

Giants' starters are on fire right now...with Lincecum now in the rotation, his recent success just added to the staff. As of right now I think our worst starter is Barry Zito, but he will turn it around. Matt Cain is a young stud on the rise to stardom, Noah Lowry is finally back to the way he was when he first came up and Matt Morris is back to the way he was before Daryle Kyle died.

I got to say, the A's staff is pretty tough too. Once Harden comes back, everyone on that staff will have an ERA under 3 except Blanton who is hovering around 3.50 which is pretty damn tough. Haren has been unhittable as of late, and has turned into the arm that St. Louis was waiting for. Gaudin and Kennedy have been quietly getting things done for the A's both posting ERAs under 3. Harden's platoon replacements have not done well, but the A's staff is still one to reckon with.

Whats the record for most games in baseball played in one day?

The Oakland A's.
