If Todd Jones is healthy and effective all year, I believe he will remain the closer. If he gets hurt or starts blowing saves, then Joel Zumaya will step in. Zumaya could be an elite closer with his 100 mph fastball and nasty breaking stuff.

It's not totally sure right now. Todd Jones will stay closer until he either stops producing or Joel Zumaya starts producing. Nothing is set in stone yet.

What is the most times a pitcher can walk another team in 1 inning without any runs being scored?

Jones will be there all year. Zumaya is still too young and not ready for the pressure of closing every day. Mesa and Rodney aren't effective at all at this point. Jones is called the roller-coaster for a reason, he always puts a man or two on, and maybe gives up a few runs, but more times than not he'll get the job done.
