I'm picking a team on FantasyBaseballUK.com, who are the players I must have in my team?

Question:I know I should have Reyes and Ryan Howard, but who else?

I dont know much about baseball but I want to beat my friends who know a lot about Baseball.

Well, you need a batter who can hit for average and steal bases (Jimmy Rollins, Robinson Cano, ect.) and power hitters who can also get the job done (Bobby Abreu, Albert Pujols, Carlos Beltran). You also need hitters that are just good, like Derek Jeter or Johnny Damon. For a pitcher you must have a good closer like Johnatan Papelbon, and a good starting pitcher like Johan Santana, Chris Carpetner, or Dice-K Matzuzaka. Hope this helps.

Grady Sizemore, trust me on this one, he is the biggest thing since hamburgers, other than that guys like Jake Peavy and David Wright are some good early targets. Watch out for Ian Snell and Ian Kinsler later, they can be good late round draft picks.

In head to head leagues with 2 divisions, do the top 3 teams from each division make the playoffs?

Papelbon could be huge as a closer this year. Pick you up a lot of saves and lower your ERA and WHIP (if it's a roto league).

I wouldn't get Ryan Howard. He won't have that great of a season this year. You should get Miguel Cabrera. He is looking great this year and could be the best fantasy player this year. Rich Harden is a good pitcher that is underrated along with Justin Verlander. David Ortiz is always a safe bet for RBI so I would get him if possible. Ryan Freel and Chone Figgins are good for second basemen and they shouldn't cost you much. Good Luck
