Question:please rank my fantasy baseball team from 1 to 10; 10 being the best. Is my team any decent.
This is my first year in fantasy baseball.

not bad at all for your first draft. I give you 7/10. Your starting pitching looks a little weak. Wang is on the DL, and Hudson, Buehrle and Millwood arent amazing like they used to be. (i predict only one of those 3 will get past 15 wins.) Gagne is also a question mark with his injuries, but you do have K-rod and street so i wouldnt be too worried about picking up saves.

I would try and package a 2 for 1 deal.like maybe trade wang and hudson for a solid ace

you have a lot of good outfielders (too many to start?) which could be used to trade for some better pitching (which you need)

Curveballs?

I'd say about a 6 or 7. pitching is on the solid side, but could get bad quick. hitting isn't bad, you've got a question mark at 2B and possible whole in OF. Other than that, hitting is pretty good. O. Hudson could actually do pretty good this year as well, so 2B may not be bad either.

I think Gagne will be a waste for ya. Look for Saito from the Dodgers. he may be available in your league. or Valverde from the D-backs. Starters are pretty solid innings guys that have shown good stuff in the past. Watch out for Buehrle, he could have another crappy year. You might be able to get Chuck James or Cole Hamels in a trade for him. Both will be better in my opinion.

By the order of your list, I am assuming Hudson is your starting 2B. If so, switch him with Weeks. Weeks has much more upside and would have been much better last year if not for injuries.
Your starters are weak, but your bullpen is great. Try trading an outfielder (hunter) for a unde starter, such as Felix Hernandez or Rich Harden.

I'd give it a six and I am sure you were hoping to get a box of band-aids when you drafted. Gagne and Wang have serious injury questions. Your offense is hurting a little bit save for Lee, Rodriguez, Martinez, and Ichiro. Trade for a guy who can steal bases- maybe get rid of Carlos Lee for that.
