Is it true the MLB won't be accepting any new players?

Question:I saw this on a website and wasn't sure. If they aren't accepting new players, how long will it be before they pick new ones?

Answers:

I know ESPN won't say this because bias.. But does anyone fear the Anaheim Angels? 6 game lead?

Yes. It's true. Baseball won't be accepting any new players. Julio Franco will be forced to play another 20 years and cannot retire until he's at least 75. The same goes for all other players. This way, MLB teams can cut back on the expenses of making new jerseys for new players as they will continue to use the same ones year after year.

come on. let's get real here.
