of course he has a chance to, he's A-rod. He's a great baseball player with a lot of tools hitting on a very powerful team. The only thing stopping a-rod is the NY pressure, if he can avoid it like he did the other day by hitting that grand slam to end the game, then he'll contend for MVP againDid i throw a gyroball or the actually concept of the pitch??
I would say he's the favorite to lead the AL in RBI's, considering the lineup he bats in. He has Abreau and Jeter hitting ahead of him, so he'll have plenty of oppertunities to drive in runs. As for homers, the Stadium isn't particularly kind to righty hitters, but he's making it work.Of course, all of this depends on Joe Torre not dropping him down to 7th or 8th in the lineup.
And I'm a Red Sox fan, but I can appreciate the skills that A-Rod has. If he wants to opt out of his contract at the end of the year, he's welcome in Boston.

OMG! He is doin absolutley amazing this year. He already has 5 HRs and 12 RBIs and he has great defense too. He will continue to have more success this year along with more HRs and RBIs. He is also lookin very sexi this year too. Dont get me wrong he was sexi last year but this year whooa!!
