ok well when your up there u cant think about anything but "i am going to hit the ball" if u think of other things it will throw off your concentration... when ur about to get up and the pitcher is warming up watch her and figure out her motion and time it like from the time the ball is released from her hand to when it hits the catchers glove time it like 1 2.. then when your up there and she pitches the ball go 1 2 and bam!. also make sure you dont swing your hand around before your hips its 4 motions.. relax... ready position .turn your hips... then your hands and follow threw.. im not sure tht ur getting all this.. i play on 3 teams and ive been playing for 11 years im 14 now... just watch the ball and dont take your eyes off it! and make sure your not scard of the ball and if it hits you hey theres a free base... i got hit right above the eye with a 64 mph pitch when i was warming up the catcher and dident have a helmet (stupid) and u should have seen what my face looked like it was so cool! right when it hit i was like woah hey that sounded cool (i dont cry so dont think im a freak) then i just got off my knees and stood up to throw if ur scard of the ball its gunna hurt alot more when u get hit.. umm its gunna happen somtimes so always be on your toes...If you could bring up one hitter and one pitcher from your favorite team's AAA team.?

bend your knees, make a level swing, don't stand to close to the plate, when ur about to swing, make sure u swing all the way, wear batting gloves for grip etc.. (google would help)Wow this is so hard to try to help someone online.. Keep your Shouders Squared and Youre Grip Tight. Try to get under the ball.

i run 4 co -ed softball teams at the Lee County sports complex on mon and wed nights.. Miracle stadium on 6 mile cypress. we need extra girls to play and we have 5 great coaches that can improve your batting.. plus we have a tournament sat may 12th we need more players for in Lehighjerseyjoel

here's an idea go to a batting cage and practice on holding you hands low and back as far as they can go our travel team goes to a private batting place and this lady named kelli says stride,hips, hand, first take a small stride with you left foot ( i am saying this in a right handed batters prospective if you lefty then do everything opposite) pick up and place down then turn you hips just a smidge so you belly button can act as a video camero and record the pitcher then with your hands at a comfortable position take you swing now with you hands this what I do lay the on your shoulders and just pick them up like an inch. Make sure you stance is comfortable. Kelli says go from from Point A to Point B.
