OUTFIELD HELP! i need arm strength. please help!?
Question:how can i build arm strength besides a long toss?
i have a catch with my dad every day but he cant really throw far.
and exercises i can do at home?
i lift weights every day.

Stretching may help and rotator cuff exercises.The weight lifting may in fact be hampering your progress in regards to your body's ability to throw the ball. You may be getting to tight and losing your flexibility in the process of lifting weights.
A pitcher will be first to tell you the flex in his arm is his best friend!
Try and do a web search of "Jobe exercises." These are exercises utilized to stretching out and strengthening your rotator cuff.
