Nolan ryan or randy johnson?

How much money did Roger Clemens get from the yankees? thanks?
Seven No-Hittas!! Take the Ryan Express to Hall of Fame and check out those numbers. Ryan was one of the few hittin triple digits back in the day. Now almost every team has somebody in their system who challenges the 100mph mark. But no one has 7 NO-NO's! Plus Ryan had the headlock and pound the top of the head move to fall back on.randy johnson has the much cooler name, so my vote's for him.
cmon...his name is randy johnson!
What happened with Charlie Manuel??
ooo.. hard one..but I'm going to say neither..
and say Curt Shilling..
that guy is amazing... blood and all
Any ideas how to stop this from happening?
Nolan Ryan---3000 strikeouts. 7 no-hitters. Nobody can beat that.heres the deciding fact
At a sports memorbilia store there is 2 baseballs signed by NR and RJ
NR is worth 799$
RJ is worth 499$
Help with some baseball terms?
Nolan Ryan, but only because Will Clark hit a HR off him in his first AB! well, he also seemed like a great guy and a fantastic pitcher...but mainly for the other part! Will Ryan Theriot (Cubs) get at least 400 at bats this season?
Nolan Ryan by a milePeak season - Johnson.
I'd take either guy in later career, after overcoming the wildness.
And great southpaws are harder to come by than righties.
I like Randy more but definetly Ryan.
Question about Houston ballpark?
Nolan RyanWhat's your favorite basball anecdote?
nolan rayn cause he has alot of pitiching records and randy johnson is a good pitcher but he is getting old and stays hurt all the timeHow many times have Toronto Blue Jays players won the American League Rookie-of-the-year Award?
Randy Johnson. My only real reasoning behind this is that I'd take the dominating lefty over the dominating righty.nolan ryan is the all-time strikeout king and has 7 no-hitters, i don't think i need to say anymore...johnson has had a very good career but is declining fast and hurting his reputation by sticking around
Can the Cardinals find a starter?
Nolan Ryan....Ryan. Its really not even close
My caoch is a dumb *** what should i do?
Did somebody actually throw out Curt in the Car, the mouth from the south Schilling into a conversation about 300 game winners.WOW.anyway...Ryan, barely above .500 for his Career. Era only slightly below league average in a dead ball era. Johnson, Well..averaged nearly 2 runs less per 9 that the league average. And he's a lefty. I hate to say it but I would take Randy.
Now for me to throw out another name..ROCKET...case closed.
Which hitter in the MLB brings the best technique to the plate?
i'll take the leader in Ks and No Hit Games please. Will Don Mattingly replace Joe Torre next year?
both pitched for many many years.one a righty, one a lefty.
ryan had more k's and more wins and 7 no no's
randy has been the best lefty since carlton.
many k's but not as many as ryan. randy won't hit the 300 mark, but he did pitch a perfect game.
i'd take ryan.
Who will reach their goal first?
Nolan by far. Not just because of the no-hitters but a near injury free career and club house leadership.is this seriously a question? im a mariners fan and randy johnson does not even come close to nolan ryan.. you cant compare a guy that has 7 no hitters to a guy that has 1 and ryan also has him in wins... come on i know we are quick to wanna compare guys but this is a horrible comparison
What players should be in the hall of fame but are not?
Randy Johnson is a great pitcher. Lets face it though Ryan can not be matched by him. Nolan Ryan is a legend. I would bet with the workouts he was doing he could still be pitching right now and be getting a no no occasionally. The only pitcher that is even in the same league as Ryan would be Clemens. Not to mention Ryan would be by far the better fighter. I think Robin Ventura is still recovering from the whoopin' he got.
Will Iowa be locked out of MLB Extra Innings?
NolanWhy do they call Pedro Feliz Pete Happy?
Ryan even with his poor win lost average is one of the best ever, and pitched in the high 90's in his mid 40's, Johnson hasn't been much of a pitcher for many years, gets hurt ever year for like the last 8.What are opinions on the Cubs being sold at the end of the year?
They're both absolutely amazing pitchers, but I"m going to say Nolan Ryan. He's just historic! He had like 3000K and all of his stats are incredible. When I think of a great pitcher, I think of Ryan before Johnson.Future hall of famers take a look?
