when the ball comes off the bat headed your way..just hold your glove in front of your face where you can see the ball but block the lights...hope that helps

lights are harder to judge then sun, but when im in center i always use my glove to block the light. just block out the lights and watch the ball, and move ur glove to the ball at the last second.
