When was the last time a batter hit two homeruns without an out?
An undrafted free agent is any player, over the age of 18 or a high school graduate, who signs a professional contract after major league baseball has conducted its annual draft in June who wasn't selected by any major league club. The best an undrafted free agent can expect as far as money is concerned is the minimum salary for the level of the league to which he is assigned and travel expenses.

An undrafted free agent is any player that was not drafted by a major league team. Usually undrafted free agents are international players because they are not subject to the draft rules players in the US are. US players are subject to drafts after high school and during their college years if they choose to go. International players can be signed from the age of 16 on and are usually found by the teams' international scouting department. So basically with international players its finders keepers.
How long do you think it will take for the Royals, Nationals and Devil Rays to become good teams?
Any player who signs his first professional contract without having be selected in baseball's amateur free agent draft (that's the one coming up in a couple of weeks) is an undrafted free agent.Such a player will get the minimum salary unless and until he proves that he's worth more.
This has nothing to do with most international players, as the players in most countries simply aren't subject to baseball's draft.
