Shuld A-Rod stay with the Yankees after this season?
Question:If it's a situational thing (the Yankees win the WS) give your reasons and such.
Answers:
The minnasota Twins Home Hat...?
Well, if he continues to play like he has so far for the rest of the year then he should leave because teams will be willing to fork up more money then he is making. There have already been rumors that the Texas Rangers are interested in getting him back and are willing to pay. He should at least go out and test the water, teams will be willing to pay up.Who would you choose-Red Sox or Yankees?
Hell no. With the start he's having this season, his value will never be higher. Run from the Bronx because until you perform in the playoffs they'll hate you anyway. If you are Ichiro at the end of the season. What 3 teams would you want to play for?
I think New York is the only place where A-Rod will make the most money. If he has a great season (as he is already) George might want to keep him. But the Yankees haven't won in a long time and the AL East is getting stronger every year. A-Rod might just walk. Ring or not. What do these numbers mean for a softball team? 431 11-10 10 0?
If I was A-Rod I would flip the NY fans the bird like they have been doing to him the last couple years and walk away with his value sky rocketing. How will the A's do against the SF Giants this year?
It's tough playing for the Yankees.fans always expect your best every single night! He should go to a team where the fans don't boo if a player is not his best likeAngels
Padres
A's
Jose Reyes has stole more bases that who many entire teams this year?
There's no way A-Rod should leave the Yankees. No sane person should pass up $27 mill guaranteed for an uncertain future. Baseball is the same game wherever you are. See the ball, hit the ball. A-Rod is robotic (professional) enough to realize this. Like Rasheed Wallace (CTC baby!), I don't think he cares where the money comes from. How long will it take the New York Yankees before they win another World Series?
If he's looking for money and a constant chance at the World Series, he should. His start this season has never been paralleled, which is a sign this could be where he belongs. Although he was actually getting paid more on the Rangers, I'm not sure many teams other than the Yankees could afford him. I despise that damn club, but you cant argue with the game he is raining on everyone right now, and i know my A's couldn't afford him.Well, as a Red Sox fan, I'd have to wish for A-Fraud to stay right there in the Big Apple, because as long as he's there, the Yankmees will suffer "the Curse of A-Rod", and not be capable of winning the World Series again.
A-Fraud is having a banner year so far -- note how he's waited until his **option year** to finally perform up to his reputation. He's building up his "legend" so that Scott Boras can wangle him yet another mega-contract, so he can go somewhere else and be a loser for them, the same way he has been in Seattle, Texas, and now New York.
What is that song when this baseball player comes up to bat??
If A-Rod was to leave the NY Yankees and go to another baseball team, the total budget of that other team may well be effected and that other team would not be as powerful as the Yanks. Its all about budget and how much teams are will to put up to win ball games. If an owner spends too much on one player, it lessens the prospects of picking up other quality players as baseball is team sport.
A-Rod would be foolish to jump ship.
Anyone know of any baseball umpire jobs in CT(new-haven county)?
He should stay with the Yankees. He is the fastest player to ever reach 500 home runs and the Yankees are the team with the most money. So if he is smart, he will stay with the team that can pay him the most plus, they have alot of talent on the team, so they can make a run at a championship.Who do u think will win between the braves and the nationals on the 15th?
He should. No other team will give him a higher contract. Why does everyone accuse bonds of cheating?
If he's smart he will opt out of his contract and go elsewhere for a bigger payday. It's obvious that he's not cut out for New York or the New York media or the New York fans either. Plus if he goes elsewhere maybe he'll have an opportunity to play his regular position of shortstop. How bad do you hate the NY YANKEES?
if the fans continue to treat him as they are treating him now, by celebrating what he's done and not bemoaning what could have been, then yes he should stay...if not, it would be in his personal best interests to leave, because he simply cannot do more than he's done this yearWhat is the name of the book about the only baseball player to be killed by a pitched ball?
1. Yes2. He's on one of the only few teams that can afford him.
3. The Yankees want him there when the new stadium opens.
Of course he should stay. Yeah, I hate it that he gets booed at because he doesn't deserve it. But still the Yankees are the best team and Arod is the best. He should stay right where he is. Cuz everybody loves him there! And he knows that, that's why he's not leaving.
Future Yankee Numbers to be Retired?
of course. he isnt going to get paid any better and he said himself that it is the only place he feels comfortable and he wants to retire with the yankees. Why is the firstbasemans glove shaped differently than any other glove?
Very few teams that he would play for can afford the guy. And after the year he's having in New York it will be tough to leave.Who is your favorite yankee this year?
As a Yankee fan, I would like to see him stay and collect his $80 million. If he decides to check out the waters of free agency, I'm sure he will get a bigger contract and the Red Sox will be right there with their check book out, but the Yankees won't. We've won without him and will again. Great if he stays and good luck to him if he goes. Can anyone tell me who the Marlins closer is going to be?
HE SHOULD LEAVE!!! NY hates his 40 HR and 130 RBI. They would rather have another light hitting Jeter type to fall in love with. The NY fans seem to love those 12 HR and 70 RBI seasons Jeter puts up. Maybe they should trade A-rod to the Red Sox for Coco Crisp. Then they would have two Jeters!!More Questions & Answers...
