All strikeouts is wasteful, takes 3 pitches per out, or 81 per 27 outs. If you put the ball in play, you could get 27 outs with only 27 pitches. Also, all strikeouts is selfish, doesn't let any of the fielders play. Again, better to put the ball in play and let the rest of your team get the outs.A really perfect game is 27 pitches for 27 outs.
