Prince will help, but it will be up to the rotation. If they stay healthy and pitch like they are doing now, I see no question we will take the division. The only real team weve played outside the div is LA. that will be the true test. bullpen, offense and defense are on fire, I expect some slumps. To sum it up this years crew are last years tigers.

The Brewers are preforming at a much higher level than they should be. Ben Sheets will be lucky not to get injured. The rest of the starting 5 is weak. Capuano always does well early. Fielder is their only real offensive threat. Sorry, JJ Hardy, Bill Hall and Jenkins dont count. The Cardinals are sitting in last place in that division and I dont think they will stay there even without carpenter for the early season. Im sorry. we are only a month into the season and your talking about the Brewers making the playoff. Yeah i see where your coming from cause they are rolling right now but Milwaukkee is not very deep in back up people and injury hurts every team at some point in a season and Milwaukkee has not had injuries yet but note this injuries will hurt EVERY team ever the Brewers. Come all star break look for it to be a dog fight between the 2 teams that have battled for it the last 7 years. Cardinals and the Astros will battle it out again this year. Yeah you laugh at me cause they are the 5 and 6th place teams but they are off to a slow start and im willing to bet that the Cardinal will not finish anything short then 1st or 2nd. The thing that has been missing is clutch hitting. And they finally have that this year. To say there staff is weak, is just flat wrong. Sheets has ace stuff, cappy was an all-star. Suppan is a very solid 3rd starter, and bush and vargas both had decent years last year. And don't forget two all-star closers in the ben. It also doesn't hurt to be in a really weak division.
