What was the seating capacity of the old busch stadium in st. louis?

John Smoltz: This man has meant more to his organization and city than almost any other player in the past 17 years. He is very devoted to Atlanta, which he has embraced and spent millions of his own dollars to support and improve through a variety of local charities. He has carried that team on his back a number of times, doing everything they have asked of him. I am not a Braves fan at all, but there is no denying that John Smoltz is more of a humanitarian and all around good guy than just a dazzling ball player. And there is no better way to honor the game and your team than by spending your entire career their, even when you probably could have earned better money elsewhere.

My least respected player, on the other hand, is Roger Clemens, who shows exactly what it means to be a mercenary. I mean, how selfish is it to not be with the team on your off days? What happened to being their for your guys? Big Papi took less money to stay in Boston, the place that really embraced him and gave him a home. Roger Clemens? Spits in Houstons and Bostons face and takes the larger paycheck, which he definitely doesn't need. Sell out.

Should Randy Johnson just call it quits and retire?

Jim Thome, John Smoltz

Where can i get my baseball glove fixed?

One is current... One recently retired (but current enough for me). Craig Biggio and Jeff Bagwell. They honored the game by playing it hard...giving it all they had...and leaving it all out on the field... They played hard, but they played clean (and put up some impressive numbers along the way). They honored their teamates by staying with one Major League organization their entire career (over 15 years for the both of 'em.This is Biggio's 20th). Additionally, Bagwell took pay cuts in his contract, so that the Astros could sign more talent (He could have gotten millions more elsewhere). They honored themselves by staying clean (no HGH, steroids, etc.) and being humble about major accomplishments in their careers. Also, when was the last time either one of 'em was suspended?

Jeff Bagwell and Craig Biggio...two class acts...and hopefully future Hall of Famers.
