What is the yankees problem? there numbers r terrrible.?

sorry if you havent realized this yet.. but the chances of your kid getting to the big leagues are probably worse than you winning the lottery. so heres my advice to you:
1. start him playing early in t-ball and little league
2. don't let him throw curveballs (if hes a pitcher) until hes in high school
3. if hes showing promise, get him private lessons
4. pray to god he has natural born ability because without that he won't go anywhere
5. buy a lot of lottery tickets

good luck

Pettitte and clemens next season?

I think the best thing you can do is spend time with him playing baseball, talking baseball, whatever. Don't make him sick of it, but keep it healthy. Throw the ball whenever he wants to. Throw to him in the batting cages whenever he wants. It takes a lot of sacrifice from you, but if you really want him to make it... Find yardwork for him to do (builds strength) and reward him for it. You'll be "training" him for baseball and he won't even realize it. :)

Besides... any man in a yellow hat has to have some kind of good luck!
