How do you shape new era baseball hats so the lid is curved?

As a kid in Tucson AZ, I listened to Vin Scully doing Dodger games almost every night. My first major league game was at Dodger Stadium in 1974 (I was 12). The event lived up to all expectations -- the beautiful stadium, a constant buzz among the sell out crowd at Chavez Ravine, vendors tossing me my purchses from many rows away, and Jimmy Wynn ("The Toy Cannon") leadfing off the bottom of the 9th with a game-winning home run to centerfield. I still have the scorecard!

I didn't go to my first major league game until I was 19, I think. It was at Camden Yards, Baltimore. I had a good time, it was fun.

I went to my first game last summer for my 26th birthday. We saw the Dodgers and the Diamondbacks in AZ. It was better than I expected. We had nice seats down the third base line. I had wanted to go to a MLB game since I was a kid, but my family was always too poor to go. Thank God for in-laws! Next stop: Fenway!

Who will ever bat .400 or win 30 games again?

1984 in june i think. it was tigers vs the o's at the old tiger stadium. i miss that place. walking up to it was an experience alone. no big parking lots. just a stadium on a street corner. street vendors roaming around selling peanuts and t shirts. the tigers were off to one of the best starts in baseball history, which i really didn't understand at 4 years old. i was wearing my tigers t shirt jersey with jack morris' name on it with baseball pants and tennis shoes. my mit on my left hand was ready to catch any ball that came my way.
i don't remember who one, i just remember the park mostly. the beautiful blue interior. the poles everywhere blockin the views, but still beautiful at the same time.
i was there with my dad, my buddy and his dad. i don't think there has ever been or will there ever be a greater way for a father/son to bond than at a baseball park.

The SCOREBOARD in My Yahoo does not post the team I selected (Chicago White Sox). How can I fix it?

No, it was a Mets game when i was real little. But i remember my first Yanks game which was when i was eight years old, back in '98. Yanks won 4-3 in 11innings against Tampa. Chuck Knoblauch led the game off with a homer in the first. Then the game ended with a walk off in the 11th but i don't remember wh hit it. It was magical!

What Atlanta hurler converted a grounder by John Vander Wal into his 388th career putout, for a major league p

You didn't specify major league.

We were all visiting my paternal grandparents, and my grandfather decided to pack my father, one of my sisters and myself into a car and take us to an old Maple Leafs game - the International League Maple Leafs. This was well over 40 years ago. I didn't expect to be going anywhere, so it couldn't meet or not meet my expectations.

I found out many years later that my grandfather had used baseball as an entree into life in North America, and that as a HS junior and senior, he played second base and was the captain of his HS team, which in both of those years also won the city championship. And that my father has played 3B for his HS team.

Maple Leaf stadium is long gone, but that diamond is still there, with a small clubhouse.
