Baseball is there way to hear knbr (SF giants ) on the web other then MLB.com?
Question:

The radio stations that carry the games are not allowed to broadcast the game independently over the internet. That's part of the contract. So yes, you're restricted to MLB's service, Gameday Audio. But it's inexpensive, a whole $14.95/year, and it allows you to listen to any MLB game as it's being broadcast. You can also listen to them once they've been archived, and the archived broadcasts are available a couple of hours after the game ends.
I've been doing this for a few years now, and it works very well.
If you have a problem with this idea, then take it up with MLB or with your elected representatives. They're the only people who can do something about it.

Sure you can listen like I do with most stations that carry MLB action on the web, right up until gametime. It's the same with the Raiders and the NFL during football season.More Questions & Answers...
