Pick the bat that you can swing easiest. Hitting the ball out of the park isn't because of the bat size. Getting good consistent contact with the good part of the bat is! when i buy a new bat ive noticed that the stores have charts that give you an idea of the size bat you need, i wouldnt go just by this because that doesnt include your strength but id try out some bats around that size definatelyanother thing that really helped me was i tried some of my teammates bats in the cages and found one i liked so i got that size for my new bat
Ask around and try some bats,a bat should feel comfortable to swing,try out your friends or team mates bats or go to your local sporting goods store and shop around.

when i was around 5'4 and 130 i used a 25 ounce bat and it helped but also go with whats comfortable, o and i probably only had like7 hits in like 200 at batsHow many left handed batters would you have in your lineup on a regular basis on average?
If you cannot hold the bat straight out with one arm with ease, it is too heavy.Also, be aware that where you place your hands on the bat, and how you grip it, plays more of a role than the bat size, within reason.
