What is your opinion about Roger Clemens?
Question:We all know he's one of the all-time greats, but how do the Yankees take a 180 degree turn on team ethics and give him a royalty deal. if he wanted to return so bad, dont you think he would have taken a 1yr/$10mil deal or something of that nature. And not to be mistaken, I am a Yankees fan. I love the acquisition. I just want to know your view of the deal as a whole.

Roger Clemens is getting old... unfortunately when a person grows old the body tends to wear out easily. I don't think Roger is going to help anything with the Yankees. Sorry to say the yankees really do s*ck. Maybe he'll give them a few wins... since he is the rocket.Even if he joined the Red Sox organization, he won't do anything good... stay in retirement and manage a team instead Roger. He took what he could get, and there's nothing wrong with that. Better for actual ballplayers to have the money than owners. It's offensive to most regular folks who won't make that in their whole lifetime (i.e. myself), but the talent of a major league ballplayer is scarce. Let them get whatever they can. As long as America loves its entertainers so much, deals like this are to be expected. Remember, athletes have to do all of their work on the first take, unlike actors.Roger Clemens is the greatest pitcher of the era in which he played. No one can hope to do better than that. I realize some teams like the Astros and Yankees are willing to accommodate him but he's pretty darned arrogant to ask for or even accept any special treatment. alot of players could pitch at that level at the age of 45 if they used drugs. you think only homerun hitter are shooting up, think again...Im kind of sick and tired of watching him. He is not worth $1million dollars a game. I refuse to watch him.
