Did the Yankees get robbed by that Ump?

Question:If the Ump had gotten the call right, Johjima's single wouldn't have scored anyone and Beltre's HR would have just tied the game instead of win it.

1985 baseball card?

Sure its the ump's fault for messing up that call, but like what the user said above, the yankees should've struck back with a few extra runs to get a win. It seems like there's no team chemistry with the yanks at all. I'm not surprised that they're in last place.

Best two teams?

Yeah well its baseball. Sometimes umps make mistakes. It's not the umps fault that the Yankees didnt score for the rest of the game. Umps make bad call every once in a while, but considering it only made the difference of one run, I still think the Yankees were responsible for their loss here.

What is your favorite MLB team??!?

True. Bad calls are just part of the game. If the Yankees come up with more than 2 runs, they win that game and Beltre's home run has no effect on the game. As an athlete, they should know that they can't let one call effect the outcome of the game. Sure they got robbed, but it's just part of the game I guess.
