It's not that he's not a good player anymore,but he always starts off slow.Painfully slow.Safco field isn't a hitters ballpark either.Sexson is still a very good player,I expect him to hit 35+ home runs and drive in over 100 runs.I don't understand why he always starts off slow though.He kills my fanasty team.Well anyways,Seattle fans will have to get used to it,I did when he was with the Indians.What is the most amount of homeruns somebody hit in april?

because the mariners have a week line up. its one reason ichiro wont sign an extension until the season ends. The difference between the yanks and everyone else is not hitters 1-4. its hitter 5-8/9. Jeez, they have mastui batting like 5 or 6th. John Damn, Bobby Abreu.the M's dont have that, so guys just go after sexson.

Honestly, he just isn't that great of a player anymore. He has a few good years in Milwaukee and then signed a big deal in Seatlle. I'm not sure if it's been a lack of motivation from the large contract or its the bigger ballpark or what, but he hasn't been the same since then. Between him and Beltre that is quite possibly the worst offseason a team has ever had. The spent a lot of money on those two for a long time and neither of them have come close to living up to the contracts they got.Which 3 MLB teams have never had a player hit for the cycle in their history?
