Screw Playing Baseball, Put Me In One Of The MLB's Offices?
Question:This says it all, "Baseball's central office paid $77.3 million in salaries and benefits to 231 employees, the report said. The NFL paid $41.5 million to 839 employees in 12 months ending March 31 last year and the NHL $13.9 million to 56 employees in the year ending June 30, 2005, when staff was reduced because of a lockout." The commisioner makes almost as much as Barry Bonds.
Would you rather play, or sit in the office?

I would still want to play for the love of the game but since I am not good enough, I would settle for an office job.I would rather play, but since I don't have the skills to be a major league player, I'd take an office position.
Ryan Howard of the Phillie's will be the best home run hitter in baseball. Do you agree?
Wow! Not bad at all. Baseball looks like the way to go. I'd still rather play--- play first, retire, and THEN work in one of their offices if I could still use some money. Amazing that the commish makes almost as much as Bonds, I wouldn't have known that. Glad you pointed that out though, cool fact.Ask this question at RootZoo.com and you'll get some great responses.
