Did anyone hear Curt Schilling's sour grapes after Clemens joined the Yankees?
Question:Only after The Rocket signed with the Yankees did Curt Schilling make the statement, Oh well, we don't need him anyway. You can bet the ranch that every single one of those Red Sox and their fans were praying that Clemens would sign with them. Just when you think Boston can't slither any lower someone always manages to find another classless thing to say or do. Of course Schilling has always had a big mouth anyway!

Actually as a Sox fan, here's how I felt about Clemens. At first I thought it'd be pretty exciting to have him on the team - remove all the bad blood (we're a bitter nation, what can I say?). But after looking at our pitching rotation, especially with Lester coming in sooner than later, I dont know where we could have put him, to be honest. I will be totally honest though, and say I was hoping he'd go to Houston or retire, rather than pitch for the Yankees. LOL - as I said, we're a bitter nation of fans. Nice try but the Red Sox really dont need him, look at the rotation, Schilling has looked excellent so far, Beckett is one of the tops in the league so far, Dice-K has been very good, has a rough inning here and there but he is gettinng us wins, Wakefield has been holding his own and Tavarez has earned us some wins, obviously the Sox dont need him since they are doing just fine without him, first place fine. He isnt going to help the Yankees much anyways since their bullpen is junk, look at last nights game another blown game by the bullpen. You guys can have Clemens cuz you still dont have a bullpen.Do you believe... in the Brewers?
I agree with Chris. But I do have to say that Dice K has been a little disappointing so far. For the money they have paid him and even the money they had to pay just to talk. He should be the best on the team.As far as Rodger goes. The guy is 45 years old. He may still have the arm but for how long. And with the young talent the sox have in the rotation. They should be fine. I know if I was on a baseball team and we had a player that only wanted to come in when he had to play I would not like that at all. I have always thought that if you can’t be an athlete be an athletic supporter. ;-)
Are you people ok? Of course he made the statement after he signed. Do you only choose to hear half of someone's statement? He said, I wish we could have him here. That is a compliment. He can't say, oh man, that hurts, that is devastating...I mean what will that be telling his teammates? That they suck? Why do all you Yankee fans care what Schilling has to say anyways? Nothing else to talk about. How come you only talk about a Red Sox, but ignore the Astro comments? I think you should all focus on more important things, like how your closer who just blew another game for you. Maybe figure out how Clemens is going to help your bullpen, who is dead tired, by only averaging seven innings, per game. Those are the things you should be worrying about.
I agree that he is always complaining. When you are perfect you will always have something or someone who doesn't measure up. He is so great. I remember how great he was when he was with the Orioles and Astros when he started out. I am an Oriole fan and he was terrible.

I was actually praying that Clemens WOULDN'T sign with Boston. He's too much money for not enough work. Boston has four pitchers that go deep into the game, and they really don't need someone who will go maybe five innings. The money will be wisely spent elsewhere.Does anybody know baseball players' address?
