I did!No. Actually, it would be against the rules. The baseball rulebook lays out certain things that must happen when a pitcher throws the ball and he wouldn't be able to do that pitching with his feet.

No. The rules (see link below) state clearly that the ball must be held in one's hand at the beginning of the pitching motion and that one's feet are on the ground. This would preclude throwing (or kicking) it toward the plate with one's feet.More Questions & Answers...
