Question:are those apartments/hotels(that you can watch the game from) by wrigley field possible to get at all and if so how much are they?

First off, they are apartments. They are pretty expensive, especially the one's at the top of the buildings where you can see the game. They aren't available very often as most people are unwilling to give them up. The rooftops are able to be rented out on a game by game basis if you are looking for only one game. private companies own those buildings and are impossible to get in to. you can buy wrigley tickets in advance pretty easy. not day of game though. for day of game or bleacher seats you need to visit a ticket broker. there are dozens nearby wrigley and the mark up isn't that high. only seats impossible to buy through the box office are bleacher seats. it's the best place to sit at wrigley and they sell out the first day they go on sale for the season.More Questions & Answers...
