Can MLB teams trade managers?
Question:I seem to remember maybe 10 years ago or so that the Rangers and Orioles traded their Managers and a few players as well in mid season. I might be making this up in my head, can this happen? Can a Manager (the main manager like Joe Torre) be traded to another team for their manager like a player can?

I wouldn't say trade... bu they can hire and fire managers. They aren't like the players. They need to be fired or quit. Then the team will shortly after hire or find a new replacement manager. Usually they leave because they find a better deal with money because it seems like these days players and coaches and managers are only in it for the money.
