But, since the game is in the afternoon, do you think the Yanks would wait like four or five hours to play the game?
By that time, it'll be 5 p.m., and not too late to play the game.
Has there been somebody out there with the same problem as mine? (Going to a 1:05 p.m. baseball game with a long rain delay to start the game, but the game is still played.)

of course, a little rain wont do crapIn baseball, what's the difference between and fly ball and a pop up?
i really hope that it wont get rained out because i am very excited to see pettite in pinstripesWhere has the White Sox offense gone?
My guess that if it will be rained out, they're going to wait a very long time before calling it. This is because most teams get an off day the second day of the season in an event of a rainout. I don't think teams are going to want to start missing games right at the beginning of the season.Of course they can always make these games up, but if they were so worried about that they wouldn't give an off day on day two. Anyways, my guess is that the game will start, be delayed for like an hour while the rain lightens, play a little more, have a second delay for rain, and then eventually finish the game.
Will the Milwaukee Brewers bring back old ball and glove logo full time?
Yep. I went to an "Oldtimes" game at Yankee Stadium with my Dad many years ago. I think it was back in the late 70s. Rained and rained. They finally got around to the Old-timers game and all the festivities. They only played 1 inning of that exhibition because of the delay and it was probably was 4 or 5 hrs late by the time the real game started. We had a bunch of relatives coming over to our house that evening so we had to leave after the second inning. It turned into a great game and we watched the last 3 innings at home.Is Pettitte pitching today? It would be a bummer to have to miss his return to the Stadium.
