In game 5 Cy Young won it for Boston giving up olny 2 runs, while Boston rallied in 12 runs.In the 6th game Boston won, again 6-3 tying up the series. In game 7 Cy Young gave up olny 3 runs while the Boston Redsoxx did their job by batting in 7 runs. The last and most dramatic game of the series to decide who won the World Series was thrown by Bill Deinneen, and he did a gooooood job at it for Boston throwing a shutout and giving up olny 4 hits and Boston won the World Series and coming back from a magor defeat, they took it 5 games to three.
