Read the article and you will realize that there is no proof he has taken steroids and he did not admit to it, what he said was that he used to take protein shakes when he was growing up in the Domincan and looking back they could have had substances that were considered steroids now adays or controlled substances. He was pointing out that people need to be careful when they take certain things because not everything is regulated and that is how some people get caught using banned substances. This was when he was growing up and young unlike your boy Giambi who used steroids in the majors. Don't get on Ortiz because you have a guy on your team who has a lot more to do with steroids in baseball then almost anyone except Bonds.
