I need to train for softball!?

You need to work on your hand/eye coordination for fielding purposes and batting, your throwing arm for velocity and distance, and your sprinting.If you are serious about playing - you need to be fitted for a proper glove and a bat that is weighed for your size, height, and strength.
Go to your local sporting goods store and they should be able to get you pointed in the right direction.
You also need to find someone who will play catch with you and help you practice your fielding skills by hitting the ball to you. Most places have batting cages where you can go an practice. If you don't have access to one of those, then go to a baseball field face the home plate fence and hit balls into it. Just throw them up in the air and whack the crap out of them until your arms feel like spaghetti.

Stretch out, especially triceps. Then get a friend or parent (anyone will do) and play catch. If you have time, I suggest you take a course in like a sport center of something, just look around. Or if you know one of the coaches (or someone who knows a lot about softball) ask them if they can teach you the basics, and "practice" with you.Just the key thing is patience, getting good takes time, and a lot of hard work and practice.
