How many balls does a baseball game have?

Who is going to be the MVP for 2007 ?
Well, judging from your three strikes intro thing . . .In a 7 inning game, presuming you walk the bases loaded each inning and go to atleast 3 balls on each of the next three batters, who somehow get out without scoring any runs and the bases are left loaded at the end of each inning, 1 team could throw 243 balls. 12 balls/walked batters x 7 innings = 84 balls + 9 balls/batters put out x 3 batter = 27 x 7 innings = 159. 159 + 84 = 243
9 inning game, 281 balls. 12 balls x 9 innings = 108 +173 from the other batters faced who got out.
MLB umpires prep 5 dozen baseballs before a game. They go through about 3 between foul balls, balls thrown out due to dirt - yes, game played on dirt and throw out dirty ball - etc.
But I agree with the other two above me, HUH? rephrase
How ever many you want.
Can anyone tell me if there's a free baseball card price guide online somewhere?
Im not understanding the question you should rephrase itWho do you think is going to win the worldsieres?
Presuming 25 players one each team, four umpires, two managers, two batting and pitching coaches and bulpen catchers... that's 62 total men.So thats 124 balls. Unless Mike Lowell is the third baseman for one of the teams. Then it's only 123 balls.
Does anyone know corporations that sponsor college baseball teams?
4Anyone have info on pete smith who use to play major league baseball?
the umpires rub up 6 dozen baseballs for each game. if more is needed then the club house manager does more. What all is involved in a Major League baseball player's ridiculous salary?
huh?Infinity. There's no ten run rule. A pitcher can technically walk batters forever in MLB.
If you are counting only players, I'm guessing something like 100. That's assuming we're talking about a 25 man roster on each team. Now if you're including managers, coaches, umpires and ball boys, then you have a lot more balls than 100.
you lost me.
there are 9 innings. batter's counts stop at 3-2 but can take 13 pitches to end. foul tip after foul tip.
the average lifespan of a MLB ball is 3 pitches. some only last one, some go 5. just depends on what happened.
