This is a tough one, mainly because you'd be giving up the best pitcher in the game. However, C.C. Sabathia is having a great season and should put up comparable numbers at the end of the year. Sheffield and Jones would be huge upgrades over Jackson and Beltre, so I'd do it. You'll lose a bit in ERA and WHIP, but you may gain a few in wins, and you'll gain a ton in offense. Just make sure you get a backup at 3rd base, because Chipper will get hurt.often. A good pick up would be Ryan Braun, a 3rd baseman for the Brewers, currently in the minors. He should be up within a month or so, and he can crush the ball. He'll most definitely be available in your league.

Not a good trade, Santana is a fantasy stud. Try to get Chipper or Sheffield with another trade. But dont trade Santana unless you are getting a legit 1st round pick in return. (ie. Pujols, A-Rod etc)
