That was hard to watch for me as an O's fan, because A. What's lost in that game that a rookie pitcher in his first ever start at Fenway Park (Jeremy Guthrie) had taken a shut-out into the ninth inning with only 2 outs to go, and the normally reliable bullpen coughed up a 5 nothing lead. As soon as they dropped the ball that would have been the final out at first and I heard "RED SOX WIN!" I immidiately turned the TV off.I just hope this letdown is a learning experience for the next trip to Fenway. You'd best bring your A game against the Red Sox at home. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I think the Orioles will do a better job at hanging with the Red Sox and Yankees in head on games this year as opposed to last year.
