Does anyone know about a Mickey Mantle card?
Question:My husband has a Mickey Mantle hologram rookie baseball card. does anyone know how much it could be worth?
Answers:
Should they rename the MVP award the Barry Bonds award?
The very expensive Mantle rookie card is his 1952 Topps card that can go from anywhere between $2,500 and $50,000 dollars depending on what kind of shape its in. If its bent or ripped anywhere it's not worth near as much obviously. The card you are speaking of is a hologram and holograms where first made in 1990 by Upper Deck. I have no idea what the card is worth and more than likely there is no price on the card in Beckett. I do know one thing though....It is only worth what a dealer (or someone else) will give you for it. Not to be an a** or anything but cards that have no listed value to them are not going for much money right now.WTF YOUR SO F'N LUCKY HOLD ON TO THAT IN A COUPLE YEARS IT COULD BE WORTH AROUND $5000
Rite now around $1500
THATS ONE OF THE MOST VALUABLE CARDS EVER!!!!
THATS MY ESTIMATE I'M NOT SURE IF IT'S EXACTLY THAT BUT THATS GONNA BE THE MINUMUM
CHECK HIS STATS AND YOU'LL SEE HOW MUCH IT'S WORTH!!!!!!!
cool but back in the day they
didn't make hologram cards
they didn't start that till the 90s so most likely that is a reprint card which aren't worth much but if by chance it is real and in near-mint card it is worth $25,000 it is one of the most wanted cards in the world second to only the Honus Wagner card worth 1.9 million
Sorry sweetie they are pulling your leg. They did not make hologram cards when Mickey Mantle was playing baseball.
The card is a reprint or an insert like most Mickey Mantle cards are today.
Look at the maker and card number and go to Beckett.com and look the card up to get an accurate pricing.
