Who is the greatest mlb pitcher of all times?
WOW, watch out MLB!!You are extremely talented!!
quick warning, dont ever try and throw a "screwball" you will then become the biggest waste of talent there has ever been ;-)
A good change up is about 10 MPH slower, but 15 is even better, provided you can use the same arm motion, and hand speed. Only changing the grip, not the motion
What/who made the Braves of the 90s so dominant?
Around 10 to 15 MPH lowerBut the more you can develop your fastball, the better your change-up will be.
Good speed for a 14 year old though.
Good Luck
your change up should be a 10mph difference between it and your fastball
What are Carlos Delgado's at bat songs this season?
70sHow much does it cost to go to a japanese baseball game?
a good drop would be 10 to 15 mph sloweri know last year when i was 14 the kids weren't hitting my fastball (up around that speed) and my coach still told me to throw the change and they were able to hit that cuz it was just letting them hit it
so yeah, only if the batter proves he can hit your fastball well at this age, you should use the changeup
