How many people are looking forward to the day that Barry Bonds breaks the all time homerun record?
sorry man.. no quick fixes.. practice a lot and dont overthrowTake a little somthin off the ball, there is nothing at all wrong with being a groundball pitcher. An outs an out. And don't try to aim the ball, Just load up and throw.

Will the Red Sox still have the best record in MLB at the end on the season?
i was a knuckleball pitcher in high school. if you have anything offspeed, try to mix it in. The off speed will make your fastball look even quicker, and you will be able to get them to chase if the offspeed is workin. As for control, try to keep your throwing shoulder in and have a complete follow through. By complete, you should be reaching for the ground after every pitch. If you can keep the ball low in the zone and be effective with the offspeed, you're good. I didnt throw hard, but if you can keep the ball low and stay ahead of the hitters, you should be in control as long as you want.Try to work the plate. Keep the batters guessing. If you are having trouble getting the ball over the plate, just try to wing it in there cause if you are fast enough, the hitters wont be able to get you. Try mixing a changeup or another breaking ball in there.
