I think he's still capable of dominating in any given game...but he's past his prime and will probably never strike fear in the league as he once did.

Unfortunately, I don't think he can return to dominant form due to his age and the back problems he is currently having
although he says he is fine. He has also pitched in almost 600 games and close to 4000 innings in his career, that is a lot of wear and tear on the shoulder and arm. He will have some good outings this year but realistically I wouldn't expect a great year from him, his career is close to an end.
