What do you make of curt schilling's comments on barry bonds?
Question:he said that bonds has "admitted" to using steroids, cheating on his wife and taxes, and cheating the game of baseball itself...what do you think about these accusations? there is no record of any of these admissions being made by bonds, either implied or stated, but i wouldn't be surprised if any if not all were true

You are right when you say there are no records of Bonds making these admissions. I think that these things MAY be true, but Schilling should not have gone off like that and made those ridiculous comments.Schilling is an incredible blowhard, and he's getting worse as he gets older. He has his blog now, presumably because he's jealous of the attention Dice-K is getting, and now he is opening up his big yap again. As much as I dislike Bonds, I wouldn't open my mouth unless I actually knew what I was talking about.
Schilling makes comments like they are rulings. I really think he believes he is always right. There was a joke going around baseball two years ago. It went something like "We needed a new Pope, and a new Chief Justice and Schilling was sitting by his phone waiting for the call. He's a tremendous big game pitcher, but he really needs to reign in his ego and shut up.

i agree with the steroid statements that schilling made, but schilling is a media hog....bonds is pursuing the all time HR record and Pete Rose is banned from the Hall of Fame... what a tragedy

He said he used a cream,in court,and he did not know that they were steroids.Thats what Schilling was reffering too.Other then that everything Schilling said was flat out honest and true.i'm sure it's what a lot of people were thinking and i do agree.

He has not admitted to using steroids but there is substantial evidence against him. There is no doubt in my mind that he did take steroids and that the other accusations are true. I like the fact that such a prominent player (although I don't really like Schilling) went out and spoke against Bonds but I think he should have done his homework on the subject first because he did not admit to any of those accusations. He said he used the cream but didn't know it and I think that is what he meant.I think Schilling was just mad that he isnt going to pitch along with Roger Clemens and let his frustration out on someone else. No, im just kidding but i think he has no need to put his nose in this. Does he know Barry Bonds? Are they personal friends? Have they ever even been teammates? Answer to all of them is no. Everyone has ripped on Bonds about steroids and i believe he has used them but we all need to get over that fact now because he is going to break the home run record and faster you stop the whinning the easier it will be to accept. I think Schilling may even stir something up in his own clubhouse after Ortiz made the comments he supports Bonds and said he may have unknowlingy taken something sometime so why doesnt Schilling rip into him? Schilling is just trying to get fans because he is one of the least liked athletes in the US.

Thats just Schilling for ya. He's always spoken his mind throughout his whole career and he's not gonna stop now. People are making a huge deal out of it though...like the public hasn't been saying the same thing these last few years? He's just one of the only baseball players with balls to say whats on his mind and doesnt care about protecting anyone.
