There is no MLB MVP at all, so there is no chance at Arod winning that.For the league MVPs, the player who wins is supposed to be so valuable that the team doesn't do nearly as well without him as with him.

They have Damon, Matsui, Abreu, Giambi, Cano, Jeter and Posada, leaving only 3B and 1B without an 'all star'. The pitching staff would still suck, but they really woudn't lose that much more.
