Question:Looking for some statistics over the last few years (anyone got hard numbers?). In MLB, which is more rare - the triple play or hitting for the cycle? How many of each have been accomplished in the last several years? Numbers anyone?

I don't know the exact numbers but I am pretty sure that triple plays are more rare. Fred Lewis of the Giants just hit for the cycle yesterday. It was his first game playing in the major leagues too!
