If you have a local sporting goods store, I would go and get one. You don't want to get injured and then not be able to play for a while. Ask your coach if he/she has an extra one that you can borrow.Usually the coaches provide the helmet's for the team.

go to the nearist sports storeLike the others have said, borrow one from a teammate. Besides, if your coach doesn't have at least 1 spare helmet in the bag for this purpose, he needs to hand over the reins to someone else that knows what they are doing.
