Why are "Field Box" tickets at Yankee Stadium so cheap?

I believe that it is suppose to be a guarantee offer that would get sold alot at a certain amount of price that is not too high nor too low.It's like...hard to explain...idk, somewhat like a profit I guess.
You don't want to sell something too much because no one will buy it nor too little because you won't make much money.
So, my guess it would just be profit.
Alot of seats that are really close to the field would cost ALOT, and those far back are probably only like $20 or so you know.
