Though both of these athletes have never been stripped or suspended for doping. Isn't it obvious they have resorted to substances to win ?
The sports world still recognizes it as athletic achievement, rather than just using substances to cheat.

Cheating is cheating! There are no different levels of cheating. Both are a disgrace. The sports world can never recognizes either of these two achievements.
